Winsor & Newton Artists Matt Varnish is a superior quality UV resistant artists’ matt varnish removable with Artists’ White Spirit or Distilled Turpentine. This Matt Varnish is a quick drying non-yellowing liquid which does not bloom or crack. Do not use until painting is completely dry and do not use as a medium.
