Lenox Paper is a trusted 100% cotton paper, originally developed in the early 1970s by Legion co-founder Len Levine as one of the first domestic fine art papers of its kind. Designed with versatility in mind, it offers a unique combination of strength, softness, and reliability across multiple applications.
This machine-made paper features an off-white tone, a medium-textured surface, and a supple feel—making it an excellent, more affordable alternative to traditional European papers. Despite its 250gsm weight, Lenox is highly dimensionally stable, performing exceptionally well for silkscreen and printmaking.
Its versatile surface is also ideal for drawing media such as graphite, pastel, and charcoal, allowing for smooth application and consistent results.
