RETURN POLICY

We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the company and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.

If something is faulty or you received the incorrect item, we will be more than happy to refund your purchase or replace the faulty product. We will collect the damaged or incorrect goods at our own cost.

We will gladly refund or exchange the product provided it is done within 7 days. Product should be in its original packaging, not damaged and return courier cost is for the customers account.

Refunds will be refunded at the purchase price excluding the delivery fee.
